Flower Power (iPhone)
Flower Power is a word guessing game where you have to guess the word before the parts of the flower all fly away. With 5 levels of difficulty, this exciting addition to our Word Scout series provides fun for the entire family.
Starting Out
A beautiful flower appears along with the number of dashes representing the word you need to guess. But what word is it? Select the letters by tapping on the on-screen keyboard. Letters will disappear as you make your guess. I usually start out by trying some vowels and then R, S, T and then go from there. You can of course choose any letters or strategy you want. Ten wrong letters on a single word and Game Over.
Different Flowers
Flower Power is designed with a variety of flowers and different effects as the flowers appear and the flower parts disappear.
Across all of the levels there are over 1000 words so you will seldom get the same word twice. This is game you can play again and again and have it be a unique experience each time you play.
Main Screen
We lay out all of our iPhone apps with a main screen starting point. Use the Options to change music, sound and level settings. The About screen will show you credits for the various people involved in creation of the application. Explore lets you get started and have a great time.
Flower Power has a collection of traditional ancient Chinese music created by Diminished Studios. The subtle dharma gate does not rest on words or letters, but Flower Power does. Attain enlightment through meditation and spelling practice.
Letter Not Found
Increase your vocabulary and spelling abilties! Guess the letters one by one. Get a letter wrong and part of the flower flys away. Guess all of the letters and a new word and flower will appear. Relaxing background music and fun sound effects accompany you while you play.
Five Different Levels
Level 1 words are easy words for the 6-8 year old range. Level 2 contains words that are ideal for 8-10 year olds. Level 3 has words that were picked for 10-12 year olds. Level 4 words have been architected for 12-14 year olds. Level 5 words are much more complex and will keep anyone from 14 to 100 entertained. You may even find that you learn a few new words. We hope you enjoy all levels of play!
